Strength training is an essential element of fitness in every sport. Everyone can benefit from a well structured strength training routine. We’ll develop a program tailored to your exact needs.

The focus of the Ascend strength program will be on muscular development. We cannot monitor your weight lifting form so we have developed programs that are basic bodybuilding type workouts. These workouts are designed to build muscle.  Ascend believes you will quickly see a physical difference.  Each program is based on a 12 week cycle that is re-evaluated for maximum gains.
